If, for any reason, immediate repair is not possible we will aim to have your moveable wall back up and running within a couple of days, subject to availability of parts.
For the more in-depth repairs, especially on tall panels, we use the latest technology to diagnose the problem - such as endoscopic cameras. This avoids expensive costs to take the panel down in order to carry out the required investigation.
It also allows us, or the technical experts at the manufacturing plant, to be able to examine the extent of the problem, providing a more instant solution without having to visit the site.
