The society provides a day service (Open Door), residential home (Westwood), arts project (Active Arts), and social clubs for adults with learning disabilities.
Working directly with the client at their premises in St Leonards on Sea, Style was asked to install a folding wall in the recreation hall so that more than one event could take place at the same time.
As there may be noisy events on one side of the wall, while quieter ones take place on the other, the acoustic rating was important. However, budget was also an important consideration for the charity.
Taking this into account, Style recommended a Stylefold folding wall, with simple manual operation.
