Our apprenticeship programme offers a hands-on, structured path into a rewarding career as a movable wall engineer. You’ll gain real-world experience, professional qualifications, and the support of a team that’s with you every step of the way.
From day one, apprentices become part of the team — learning not just technical skills, but the values that define how we work.
You’ll begin with essential training and health and safety preparation, including support to obtain your CSCS card so you’re site-ready. From there, your journey is structured over three years with a mix of classroom learning, on-the-job experience, and international training with our partners.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll be fully qualified and ready to take on a skilled engineering role — with opportunities to grow your career across the Style Group.
Style operates nationally, with offices in Dorset, London, Leicester, Manchester and Stirling. Each location is home to a dedicated management team, committed to mentoring and supporting apprentices as they develop.
